I had a very good experience with Carlos. He kept the line of communication open with me so he was always accessible to me. He showed my home several times as well as having open houses. Even though the amount of new homes being built in my area he still worked with diligence to sell mine. Overall there was great communication and that is so important when selling a home. He is also very professional when working with me and the people that looked at my home. The closing went smoothly as well. He knew how the market was and worked with it. I was very impressed by his work and would use Carlos again!
