We had a chance to work will Alex when selling our old home and buying our new one. He also assisted in selling another family member's home. We had a really aggressive time frame (4 weeks) to get our house prepped and listed on the market. He had vetted contacts for the various contractors we needed from painting, carpet cleaning, photographs and house cleaning. It was amazing to see how our listing turned out after all the hard work! We received multiple offers in a very short time and he guided us to through the offer selection phase. From a buying perspective, Alex connected us with an experienced loan officer who really understands the current market and got us approved. The buying process went smoothly and we used Alex's contacts to prep our new home as well. This included carpet replacement, toilet replacement, and garage floor epoxy. Janet Powell helped me sell my home in Pollock Pines, during an extremely tragic time for both of our lives.
