She was available when needed and her communication deserves 10 stars. She was super professional and has a great work ethic. She worked very well with our lender and kept both my husband and I within the line of communication. She always reminded my husband and I that we would find our home AND get into the home within our pre-discussed timeframe and she kept her word! She negotiates extremely well, which is a plus for a buyer. She is a flexible, informative and a supportive realtor! If she does not know an answer, she will find out the answer super quickly! Victoria really helped us navigate the house buying process up in Brentwood/Antioch/Oakley area. She's from the area, and really knows the neighborhoods very well. She has a set process of narrowing down just exactly what kind of house we wanted to purchase. She also was really good at making sure we got to see any of the new properties and make offers quickly.
