Licensed to sell real estate since 1982 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I decided to get into the real estate business because I wanted to have the opportunity to meet new people, and help them with their housing needs. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? My husband and I have lived in Hartville, Lake Township, in Stark County, since 1979. We raised our three children here, and now have 4 grandchildren, all living in the area. Lake offers a strong sense of community, schools, businesses, churches, and neighborhoods, always working together to maintain and improve the community. 4. How do you spend your free time? I enjoy time with my family. Spending time together at our lake house, or just in our backyard, by the pool, or going to my grandchildrens' activities. I enjoy traveling, whether a long drive or a short trip, it always becomes an adventure. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? Cutler Real Estate asked Michelle a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Michelle's replies. 1. What is your professional/educational background? Associate Degree of Arts 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I chose Real Estate when my Daughter was 3 years old. I was a College Financial Aid Counselor at the time but I wanted to spend more time with my daughter, be self employed but still help people. Real Estate was a perfect fit. I made that decision over 25 years ago and I have enjoyed Real Estate tremendously. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in Lake Township. I love the sense of community and the passion that the community has for our schools. I also like the fact that I am centrally located between Akron, Canton, Alliance and Medina and can be anywhere very quickly. 4. How do you spend your free time? When I have free time, you'll find me reading a book, walking a beach (if I can get away) and spending time with my family and friends. I love being a Wife, Mother, Step-Mother, Grandmother and a Realtor. I am very Blessed. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? As I get older, all my memories seem to be most important, as everything else is just "stuff". 6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you? Dependable

I took the Real Estate classes to get license at Kent State (Salem Branch), and many classes throughout my 37 years plus to better myself with Real Estate changes, requirements and knowledge. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I chose a career in Real Estate because my dad knew a wonderful lady in Real Estate who is still a Realtor in Salem who felt our personalities were alike. Sincerity, honesty, and caring about people are very important to me. After speaking and working with her, I decided, I wanted to be a Real Estate Professional! 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in the West Branch School District and have lived here most of my childhood and adult life. I have raised my 3 children in this area. I have sold Real Estate in all of Stark, Mahoning, Columbiana and Portage Counties and including the surrounding areas. I like living in this area and working with buyers and seller moving in and out of my own territories. 4. How do you spend your free time? When I am not working I love spending time camping, boating and spending time with our Kids and Grand Children. In the winter we like to take our vacations where it is warm. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? All of my family, Husband, kids, Grandchildren my new 5th wheel my wonderful career in Real Estate 6. Certified Medical Assistant / Graduated 1984 Realtor / Licensed in 1998 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? When buying our 2nd home, our Agent thought I would make a good Realtor. I am a people person, so I thought about it & how awesome it would be to be able to help others have a great experience with the sale of their home or purchase of a new home. It has been a very fun and rewarding career and I truly treasure all of the people I have met and the friends I have made along the way! 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I have lived in Lake Township for the past 20+ years and absolutely love the area. There is a great sense of community, pride in the school systems and wonderful, friendly people everywhere you turn. 4. How do you spend your free time? Free time, what's that? Just joking! I really enjoy spending time with family, especially my grandchildren, they keep me young! Taking leisurely motorcycle rides on the "Harley" exploring all the places of beauty in Ohio and surrounding areas. Traveling when we can, trying out new restaurants & different foods. Spending time outside, doing activities that the different seasons offer. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? My home, which provides a safe comfortable place to gather with friends & family. The Harley Davidson, which provides an incredible feeling of freedom and is a great way to take in your surroundings. My phone, to be able to communicate with everyone. My photo albums & home movies, which hold cherished memories that I never get tired of re-living.
