Jen Ward was amazing. She helped us buy and sell a home with ease. She keeps you informed and updated every step of the way. I joked with Jen and said she could be a real estate therapist because she really knows what to say and how to make lists to make everything easier .Working with her really kept my stress down. I had a fantastic experience working with Jen as a first time buyer. From beginning to end, Jen provided extensive market data, helped me through looking at different neighborhoods that are best fit for my preference and price range. I never felt pressured to make any decisions that I wasn’t comfortable with. I didn’t know a lot about real estate going in, let alone a lot of basic house maintenance and what to watch for structurally, but at my closing, I felt like I have learned many, many aspects of housing from walkthroughs and the information Jen provided. Working with great realtors DO matter a lot in this tough market, and Jen’s reputation of being great to work with really helped put my best offer on the table. I highly recommend working with her!

I have been buying and selling real estate in Maryland for the past 23 years and Jen Ward is by far the best realtor I have worked with. I was in a situation where I thought I would not be able to get my property up to my usual standards because of my other priorities at the time, But then I started working with Jen. Just closed on my first home with Jen Ward, and I 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. I was a first-time homebuyer, so to be fair I haven’t worked with anyone else, but based on the interactions I had with other realtors she seems like a unicorn. She’s very data and information driven, which I love. She’s about empowering you with the info to make the best decisions yourself, is very very good at spotting potential structural/mechanical issues with the home during walkthroughs, and everyone she recommended for other steps of the process (lender, title company, inspector, homeowner’s insurance, etc) has also been fantastic. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with, from looking at any home to raising my budget limit, etc. At every step of the way she’s gone above and beyond and truly seems to be in the business for the enjoyment of helping people.
