I recently sold my house in Baltimore. The whole process was wonderfully handled by my realtor Jen Ward, Cummings & Co. Realtors. From our first meeting, I could tell that Jen was a genuine professional. She was super helpful in prepping the house to put on the market. She made all the financial information readily available. I loved the way she organized and scheduled the showings. The comparative spreadsheet she put together for the offers was extremely helpful, and her explanations of how to assess the offers made the decision-making process stress free. Jen helped with the preparation to close and move. So, from start to finish, I found Jen Ward to be a great realtor to work with. Highly recommended!

I’m not sure where to even begin with how amazing Jen is and what a smooth process she made selling my condo. To say that she is an expert at what she does would be a true understatement. She is quite simply an excellent realtor, but maybe even more importantly, she is a wonderful person. My family and I were first-time home buyers when looking in late 2021. Jen was a great guide and advocate for us throughout the process. We knew nothing about buying a home as I am a first generation buying a home in the US. She was always patient and explained everything to us. She was organized and knew the market very well (which is much needed during these times). She became a part of our daily lives as we navigated seeing many houses (she basically became family). We appreciate very much all the help Jen provided us. We highly recommend her. Even after buying our home, she is still helping us with other things and is only a call/text away when we have any questions.

I like Jen’s clear communications, organization, knowledge, and customer service (personally think it’s not so easy to find in the US). As a first time home buyer, the information packet from Jen was very helpful to understand the house buying process, overall timeline, actions needed, and what to keep in mind after moving in. She came prepared for the open houses, remembered our preferences, and would give recommendations to how we can turn the house to what we want. Towards the end, we are especially thankful for her to be there to followup throughout the back-and-forth communications with the builder, and bring up questions we didn’t think about. It felt like we were working with a friend, not just an agent for our house buying experience. Definitely recommending Jen!

Jen Ward was our realtor for the purchase and sale of our first home. Being a first time home buyer can be extremely overwhelming, but Jen walked us through every detail of the process. She is extremely organized and responsive; keeping a spreadsheet of our ‘must do’s’ with dates and details as needed. Jen is very knowledgeable of what to look for in a home, but listens closely to her clients to find the perfect fit. We were new to the east coast (and Baltimore area) and she spent a lot of time with us to help narrow down neighborhoods and learn what was important to us. Jen also stepped up to the challenge of taking on new home buyers who are constantly on the road. She kept track of all of our deadlines, provided great recommendations for quick/reliable inspections and repairs, and was by our side through every up and down in the buying and selling process. Jen Ward is the total package! From start to finish, we were really impressed with Jen's knowledge, transparency, commitment/dedication, and thoroughness. To describe in greater detail, Jen met with us from the very start (buyer's meeting) to explain every step in the process and how we could prepare ourselves for success. Along the way, Jen sent information to us that was very helpful (such as detailed e-mails that we could use as a checklist). One of my favorite things about Jen (even though there are too many to count) is her ability to explain things in great detail but keep the process as streamlined as possible. Another one of my favorite things is Jen's recommendations. She always had solid recommendations FOR EVERYTHING, and her recommendations were always A++ quality. Buying a home can be stressful, but with Jen on your team, it really feels like an easy process. If you are considering buying/selling a home, we would highly recommend Jen!
