Our experience with Jen (which was our second experience with her) exceeded expectations. Jen is intelligent, thoughtful, extremely organized, and very kind and professional. It was a pleasure to work with her as we assisted my mother with clearing out her home and moving. It was overwhelming to consider the scope of work that needed to occur and Jen steadfastly and efficiently walked us through the whole process. She connected us with move management professionals to help with clearing out the home and with reliable contractors to complete updates. We were so happy with all of the work and her guidance no doubt made the process much more streamlined than we an initially imagined it might be. Jen helped us to take a huge project and make it manageable and very successful. We were very pleased with Jen's guidance and data driven decision making. Jen was incredibly knowledgeable of the market and worked with us to secure the highest sales price we thought possible! We were also working via relocation company and she knew how to navigate through a third-party without any support from us. She actually was able to assist us in navigating since this was our first time. She is very communicative, always shared timely guidance, and was our advocate with the home buyer. To top it off she came over to help us with final cleaning before the walk-thru. We enjoyed working with Jen, have used her now as both a buyer and seller, and highly recommend her to others. She is our 1st choice!

We were the first time home buyers. Jen walked us through the different stages of the process, we set expectations & it was very easy to follow. She was always available to answer our questions. When we were looking at the houses, she was sharing her knowledge & pointing at things to pay attention to, in case we go to the open house without her. After we purchased the house, she provided us with contacts for some contractors to help with fixing things and with the move. Overall, it was such a pleasure to work with Jen. Carolina’s (Carrie’s) expertise in her knowledge of the real estate market was evident the first time she sold my first house. Carrie is gifted with the ability to analyze and understand the fluctuations in the market which helped me to understand the best time to sell/buy. For example, she predicted a few months ago the drop in the interest rates which went to my benefit big time! Carrie also has outstanding communication skills and her handling of all the massive paperwork involved in selling/ buying a house can be intimidating and frustrating. She is so coordinated and efficient that she made this arduous task so smooth and easy which allayed all of my fears of tackling the jungle of the massive paperwork. Additionally, Carrie is smart, fun and blessed with a wonderful sense of humor!! Her love of adopting senior rescue puppies puts her over the top!!
