We moved to Venice from Pennsylvania therefore most of our search was done remotely. Susan was fantastic during the entire process of my interstate move from Maryland to Florida. During the home search in Florida, she quickly helped me narrow down my options since I was time constrained due to family issues. She was very knowledgeable and patient as I considered not just my needs but those of an elderly family member who was to accompany me to Florida. When I finally decided on a new home, she was always available to help get answers to all my questions from the builder, often face-to-face. In my absence, she represented my interests for many steps of the new home building process, from the design option stage all the way through final walk through at completion. This included FaceTime-ing me during the builder's design options meeting (where I totally trusted her opinions to guide my design decisions), trudging through the construction site several times while FaceTime-ing me to report on construction progress, personally attending the pre-drywall inspection, and other phases of construction. The entire buying process was great because of Susan. I most highly recommend her for professionalism as a Realtor, as well as her personal integrity, enthusiasm, energy and productivity.

Kim was an excellent realtor for our home purchase. She was familiar with the housing market in the Englewood / Port Charlotte area. She is a great communicator which is what you need when: scheduling showings on our limited weekend availability, negotiating the deal with the sellers agent, working with the appraiser on comps, working with the mortgage Company, insurance agent and title companies. Being new to Florida regulations and flood zones we had a lot to learn and Kim helped with that as well. She was very patient in helping us find the best house for us and when we are ready to sell or move we will definitely use Kim again.
