We were first time home buyers. We worked with Jane Rees and she is wonderful! She had a great knowledge of Sarasota area and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Jane!
Jane Rees
Jane has a high degree of expertise and patience and I am sure I tested the latter. She stayed focused and responsible through some of the most trying times in a real estate sale provided by me, the buyer and framed within Covid 19. Somehow she got us through it!

Andy is the ultimate professional, he was my Real Estate Professional when I bought this home 3 years ago, and he helped me sell it in record time this month. Andy is thorough, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the market and real estate overall. So kind and easy to work with as well. I would recommend Andy to all my family and friends every day of the week.

We would not be in our first home without Grace! She helped us every step of the way and was always available. We had a tough situation but she stepped up and made sure that everything worked out for us. She is very honest and knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and was constantly giving us advice and recommendations as if we were her own family. We highly recommend Grace!!

Nancy recently helped us sell our home when we needed to downsize. She was very professional and honest and provided helpful advice about what we needed to do to get the best value out of the sale. Nancy helped us through a difficult selling situation and I believe she genuinely cares about her clients. She is very knowledgeable in her field. If we ever had any questions, she was quick to respond and always kept us up to date about everything that was going on. I would recommend Nancy for your next real estate purchase or sale.

I recently purchased a home in Colorado from four states away with the assistance of Nancy Page Cooper. I chose Nancy because she made my needs a top priority. Quick responses with knowledgeable information, solid advise regarding possible locations and selfless use of her time were some of the factors that resulted in the choice of the right house. Her assistance during negotiations and closing were invaluable. I would highly recommend Nancy Page Cooper and her staff for your next real estate transaction.

I first met Nancy as the property manager for a rental, she was the first property manager I had met throughout my rental years that took the time to really hear me out and be understanding when life throws you curve balls...when we were ready to buy our first ever home choosing Nancy as our Real Estate Agent was a no brainer. Nancy is very knowledgeable, supportive, always has you " the client " in mind and makes you and your needs a priority. I would recommend Nancy to everyone who needs a property manager or Real Estate Agent.

She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help you both personally and professionally. She make you feel like she is a personal friend and offering advice and help even when we were not involved in a business transaction. It has been always a pleasure working with her.
