Jane's original presentation of price analysis was spot on. Price was never an issue in the marketing of our home. She always did an immediate followup on every showing. She stayed in communication with us at all times.Always had a smile on her face and showed a great deal of patience. We looked in Sarasota and Osprey for a new home with Jane, we travelled from out of state for viewings. Jane coordinated 22 viewings over two days and though gruelling in actually doing all these viewings it got us the house. Jane is calm, detailed, and has exceptional follow through in her work.
