We had a very positive experience working with Guia Tomelden-Dorion From the moment we walked into her office she was attentive and professional. My husband and I described what our needs were. First, we searched on her large screen, saving a lot of time and effort. Within a short time we chose condos we wanted to visit. After visiting several condos, we selected the one we wanted to purchase. Guia remained in touch with us (We live out of state) throughout the whole process. Jane Rees did an outstanding job of marketing our house. She prepared an in-depth comparative market analysis, drafted a thorough (and enticing) description of the property and developed a very profession marketing campaign. Print, video and internet. She listed the property on Friday, had seven showings over the weekend and had a verbal offer by Monday evening. She then guided us through the closing process - with genuine concern for our interests. Jane's communication skills were top notch and resulted in a smooth, efficient and enjoyable sale. She is a true professional.
