Andy Podolak was fantastic! He lined up properties to my needs and wants and once I found my place he updated me frequently on status with all aspects of the purchasing process. It made me feel protected and informed. His follow through is excellent! He was always available and checking in to see how I was doing. Even after closing he contacted me to see how things were going and if I had any issues. He is a dream to work with!

Susan was instrumental in completing the sale of our family home. She was patient and understanding while working with the seller who had been in the residence for over 50 years. Susan worked extra hard to make this sale happen. She was always available to answer our concerns and questions throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Susan for any future home sale to our family and friends.

The entire experience working with Susan Jennings was EXCELLENT! Highly competent and easy to work with! From the beginning she listened to our needs and desires, finding us homes to consider, leading us through the hectic bidding process in today's market so we were selected for purchase, following up with all concerned to complete a speedy closing on time--AMAZING!!!!!! Her knowledge of real estate markets, pricing, resale potential, transaction nuance, inspection, closing and post closing important considerations proved valuable to our peace of mind and fiscal solidarity. We would recommend her highly to all those buying or selling a home!

Having sold several properties, I have never worked with an agent as effective as Michael. He knows the market, kept me up-to-date at each step, and provided insight on everything from plumbing to paint colors. He went above and beyond by helping prepare the house for sale and ensuring the work got done in a timely manner. It was a really great experience and I am looking forward to working with him again.

We had a very positive experience working with Guia Tomelden-Dorion From the moment we walked into her office she was attentive and professional. My husband and I described what our needs were. First, we searched on her large screen, saving a lot of time and effort. Within a short time we chose condos we wanted to visit. After visiting several condos, we selected the one we wanted to purchase. Guia remained in touch with us (We live out of state) throughout the whole process. Guia always made herself available to us no matter the day or time answering all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Guia to anybody looking for real estate in Sarasota.

Michael was amazing from the beginning to the end! He was prepared with several listings that met our criteria each time we met. Answered numerous questions at various times of the day/night. Most importantly, for every call or meeting, he devoted his time 100 percent to us! We never felt rushed. As we were touring multiple listings, Michael was favorably known by other agents. He has a stellar reputation that has been rightfully earned. My husband and I most appreciated his expertise that guided our decision to buy a home in Florida without imposing his own desires on us to make a sale. Everyone should be so fortunate to have Michael Ballantyne by their side when buying a home!

Jane Rees did an outstanding job of marketing our house. She prepared an in-depth comparative market analysis, drafted a thorough (and enticing) description of the property and developed a very profession marketing campaign. Print, video and internet. She listed the property on Friday, had seven showings over the weekend and had a verbal offer by Monday evening. She then guided us through the closing process - with genuine concern for our interests. Jane's communication skills were top notch and resulted in a smooth, efficient and enjoyable sale. She is a true professional.
