Nancy did a great job in selling my late parent's house. I am not familiar with the whole Real Estate process, and she did a great job in explaining each part of the process. She is very focused to make sure that all required steps were completed accurately the first time! The Buyer's Real Estate agent was very disorganized and I felt that Nancy had to do a lot of his work, in reminding them of fulfilling agreed time commitments, in doing their part of the job. If it was totally up to me, Nancy should have gotten the entire commission, instead of having to split it with the Buyer's Realtor!
