We found Kim to be an excellent realtor for our home purchase. She was familiar with the housing market in the Englewood, Port Charlotte and surrounding area. Kim possesses outstanding communication skills and was very efficient at arranging showings and working with other agents. Kim was also highly skilled and was able to assist when it came to negotiations, dealing with the appraisers, our lenders, inspectors, the insurance companies and title agency. Being new to Florida, we were unfamiliar with flood zones as well as state and federal regulations related to flood zones.
