Kim was well versed on waterfront property in our area. After research and discussion, Kim proposed a selling strategy with a price higher than I thought reasonable so we asked her to start a little lower. Much to my surprise, offers started to roll in above our asking price but in line with the price Kim had suggested. The house sold quickly and the transaction was smooth and easy.
