After research and discussion, Kim proposed a selling strategy with a price higher than I thought reasonable so we asked her to start a little lower. She is a great communicator which is what you need when: scheduling showings on our limited weekend availability, negotiating the deal with the sellers agent, working with the appraiser on comps, working with the mortgage Company, insurance agent and title companies. Being new to Florida regulations and flood zones we had a lot to learn and Kim helped with that as well. She was very patient in helping us find the best house for us and when we are ready to sell or move we will definitely use Kim again.
