Andy was right on target when he listed my home. He got it sold in 4 days. Andy gave us great tips to make my house marketable and it worked!! I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Susan. As first time home buyers, my partner and I were nervous and not exactly sure of what we were looking for. After research and discussion, Kim proposed a selling strategy with a price higher than I thought reasonable so we asked her to start a little lower. Right from the start Susan was energetic and ready to work. She answered all our questions, gave us good advice on house preparation and was ready, willing and able to schedule and work open houses. She was quick to get our house, with pictures, into the system and had showings and offers for us immediately. She kept us completely informed in all that was going on throughout the entire process. She was able to secure both offers and backup offers to make sure the sale of the house was perpetually in a positive and forward motion. Her tenacious and determined approach led to the home selling as quickly as it did and it sold for more than our original asking price. Even after the sale of the property Susan has shown her professionalism and care with continued service. I would use only Susan for any future real estate needs and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing the same.
