Eileen Gillen is AWESOME. First she found us the perfect new condo and then she helped us negotiate a great price. She seems pretty laid back, but she's definitely not laid back when it comes to looking after her clients! So of course we listed the old condo with Eileen and she did not let us down. She and Brian explained everything, and were so conscientious through every step of the process. One or the other were present at every showing and provided feedback from other brokers. Roger did an excellent job selling my Dad's house. Since my dad is 92 years old, he was unable to do much of the work to prepare and sell the house. Roger did all the necessary work to get the house in condition to sell and then did all the work to get the house sold. While the house was for sale, a water leaked developed in one of the closets. Roger handled everything to fix the water leak and then got everything fixed that was caused by the water leak.

Very patient! We had to see everything available, revisited the finalists, considered remodeling one, trying to find the best alternative. We made bids on several different properties before finally getting a contract. Steve was very dogged in helping us sort things out. Had a good grasp about what could be done to tailor things to our specs and a good handle on the costs for various projects and who to use to get the work done. He is a very hard worker, and is quick to respond to calls. He has a great staff that helps you make the most of your time and his.
