We looked for over a year at different developments, perhaps as many as 15 different locations. Pete was always on top of new listings that matched our needs. Ultimately, he helped us find our dream Florida residence within our price range. Great Job Pete!!

Peter worked very hard to show our property by holding open houses and showing to other agents. He was always attentive to our questions and would recommend his services to anyone.

Peter knew the Sarasota realty market and in particular Longboat Key real estate specific to our interests. He understood our requirements and never tried to interest us in condos that did not meet them. He was thorough and very professional, and guided us from search to contract to purchase in a manner that made our purchase experience through him, stressless. If ever I need to transact a real estate purchase or sale, he would be my go to person.
