We had a very good experience with Roger. We were pleased he was able to sell the condo so quickly after he took over from the previous agent. The sale price was lower than we had hoped for, but decided to accept it as it saved us from paying future costs associated with the property. Roger’s suggestion not to stage the condo, but sell it without furnishings worked well. He explained things to us and made the whole experience as smooth as could be.

Eileen diplomatically moved our purchase to a closing when the selling broker was out of town and unavailable. My wife and I had searched for a Florida condo for several years.
