Every part of what Roger and his team did for my mom's estate was flawless, kind, excellent and beyond my expectations. I don't have a lot of experience buying or selling. I'm a pediatrician in Wyoming, but I would absolutely recommend Roger to anyone in the Longboat Key area who wants the best in a realtor.

We were so fortunate to have found Norma Mladineo when we wanted to buy a retirement home in Longboat Key. As our Realtor, she was ultra-responsive in being the first agent to find a home that was not listed yet, but was coming up for sale. As a result, we were the first people to see the house and to make an offer. The house had to be the right house for our needs in the right neighborhood, a certain distance from the bay, on a canal and in the right price range. She was extremely patient as we traveled from CT several times during the process. Working with Norma was a wonderful experience overall. Throughout the process she was there every step of the way. She always answered our calls/emails promptly. She was on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. No pressures. The best part about working with Norma was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, than she was on closing a deal. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the area, honest and responsive. She recommended great attorneys and mortgage lenders. After the sale, since we were out-of-state her service continued beyond! We bought the house with all the contents. She video-taped the entire house and contents to help us decide what could be sold and what would stay. She recommended contractors for the items that needed to be fixed, and she let them in and out so they could submit estimates to us.
