Very knowledgeable of Sarasota area and property values. Made herself available often on short notice to show us properties when we came into town. Often felt like we were her only clients as she gave us her full attention. Always researched properties and comps in area prior to showings. As we were doing most of the negotiations and finalizing long distance , she acted on our behalf to meet with remodeling contractors etc at property or arranged for her assistant to be there if she couldn’t Norma was a skillful negotiator and able to get us a fair price on the home we purchased. Steve knows the area extremely well. He also has valuable insights into marketing a home. Having work as a head gold professional at 2 area Clubs, he is very familiar with all the amenities at The Oaks Club and Prestancia. He always makes himself available for showings and was helpful in assisting the completion of necessary repair projects to the property when we were out of town.
