Roger did an excellent job selling my Dad's house. Since my dad is 92 years old, he was unable to do much of the work to prepare and sell the house. Roger did all the necessary work to get the house in condition to sell and then did all the work to get the house sold. While the house was for sale, a water leaked developed in one of the closets. Roger handled everything to fix the water leak and then got everything fixed that was caused by the water leak.
