Easy experience working with Steve Abbe and Wendy Ross. From start to finish I was keenly aware that I was dealing with the very best. I flew in from Sioux Falls SD very late on a Saturday , by Tuesday’s sunset all the T’s had been crossed and the I’s dotted! I flew home with my dream condo in my grasp. Those three days were a whirl wind of documents that needed to be signed, information that I needed to dig up to give to them, etc. , they guided me at every turn, and kept me apprised of what they might need next and what I could expect around the corner. They both clearly know the in and outs of the realty world, as well as the Sarasota area. Were able to help me choose the major players in my journey during the process. Attorneys, Mortgage providers, insurance companies, movers, on & on. Grateful to have had this team as MY team!

Eileen Gillen was excellent! I was so pleased with her advisory services, local knowledge, and timeliness. Her firm has excellent technological capabilities which allows for the preparation and submission of offers from out-of-state through on-line media, which is fantastic during COVID. She was able to help with local zoning laws and lists of referrals for other experts in the closing process and for resources post-closing for repairs and maintenance. I was originally planning to work without a Realtor, but she was worth every penny and provided so much value. I would use her again in a second.

I was satisfied with the business relationship, the only issue I had developed when the cash payment on the sale changed to a financing purchase which extended the closing, until I raised the flag to get additional earnest funds the original small dollar deposit was not changed.
