Her firm has excellent technological capabilities which allows for the preparation and submission of offers from out-of-state through on-line media, which is fantastic during COVID. She was able to help with local coding laws and lists of referrals for other experts in the closing process and for resources post-closing for repairs and maintenance. I was originally planning to work without a Realtor, but she was worth every penny and provided so much value. I would use her again in a second.

Roger and his team did an excellent job marketing and selling my home in Bird Key. The home was quite unique and hence would have appealed to a much smaller cross section of buyers. Despite this, Roger worked hard to ensure it was marketed well and I would like to think both parties were happy with the result. Roger also has super responsive people working for him. Barbara and others always responded quickly to any of my questions and overall they are all a class act. If I sell my next home in Sarasota there is no doubt it will also be sold by Roger. Anyone who does not use Roger for their agent will regret choice of others. Every buyer he brought to house made offer. All calls were returned immediately. His staff were wonderful each and every one. House was always locked and secure after each showing. They always made it easy for me to have plenty of time for showing. I was never rushed and their main priority was my schedule. It was great dealing with Roger. Arrangements for closings were easy and right on time. I would highly recommend Roger and his staff.
