Peter is one of those rare people who have the depth to navigate complex situations. I had a challenging VA loan on a 1920's property which presented a number of curveballs on conforming, and inspection. From offer to closing he went above and beyond to keep my transaction moving. His communication was always timely and on point. He offered appropriate suggestions and went above and beyond. He worked closely with the seller's agent to ensure the deal remained viable, even with unexpected delays from the VA. I can honestly say that Peter's attention to detail, high degree of professionalism, and overall business acuity is a main reason my wife and I are in our new house today.
