Without a doubt, The Joe Murphy real estate team is the best in the Sarasota/ Bradenton/ Lakewood Ranch area. I contacted Joe several years ago when I thought I would have to sell my home due to a military transfer, he came out to the house within the week, I was immediately impressed with his professional demeanor, can do attitude and infectious enthusiasm towards getting my home ready for market and subsequently sold. That was in 2015 and I ended up not receiving orders and stayed in my home ; however, this past year the orders came to leave and without hesitation I knew who to contact........ again, within the week we set up a meeting, laid out an organized and thorough game plan moving forward and within 2 days of being on the market, my home sold for almost full asking price. I know I am a little bit late for this review but better late than never :) Jerome is the best agent you will ever find. We purchased our home in Newton, Sussex County last year, October 2015. We started our search when I was 6 months pregnant and moving from NYC plus being first time home buyers and expecting our first child.. all at the same time.. was NOT easy nor ideal but Jerome was there for us EVERY step of the way. My husband and I have different taste for everything and somehow someway he managed to find a property that made my husband and myself happy. Its been already a little bit over a year since we purchased this home and worked with Jerome and we haven't had ANY regrets on our purchase, to the contrary, we are eternally grateful because buying this home was the best decision we made and none of this would had been possible if it wouldn't be for the knowledge and support Jerome offered us. He also lined up all the professionals needed for a successful transaction, so even there we had everything worked out for us: loan officer, inspector, lawyer, etc. I do not know how he does it, but I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Alex ley sold my condominium and helped me purchase my new home. He was extremely helpful in helping not only showcase my home but assisting me with finding the right contractors and accompanied me picking out Flooring, paint....he tried extremely hard to find me the RIGHT place to call home and succeeded, also he is an excellent interior designer with a lot of helpful ideas. He is a savy negotiator and a true professional. I highly recommend him if you are trying to sell or buy a home he is the right choice.

I can't begin to tell you how much Jerome has saved our home purchasing experience from becoming a complete disaster. I don't usually write reviews for anyone unless they've gone above and beyond their call of duty; but, that's Jerome. We were going to view a house that was one of his listings and after meeting him we decided to make him our agent. It was our first time purchasing a home and we thought we knew the basics, we were wrong. He offered advice on things that we didn't even think about while remaining completely professional, now that's a talent. We trusted him completely with everything because his advice backed up everything an attorney, mortgage lender and a contractor would say if not more. It was like hearing an echo sometimes. We would talk to our mortgage lender only to hear the same thing Jerome said the day before, our attorney would echo his words and our contractor would also. He worked tirelessly surveying homes to make sure they met out standards, which was greatly appreciated since we are a working family of 4 and don't have time to deal with a clueless agent. If we called or texted Jerome he was available within minutes if not seconds. I work late nights so often I would send him emails about possibilities at 1am only to receive a reply an hour late. He never sleep. That's what you want someone that works tirelessly for you. Above that, he is the nicest person I've met. There are no gimmicks with Jerome. What you see is what you get, a well spoken, friendly, professional, kind hearted person that has your back and can find a way to accommodate all of your needs. Now that we have found our home we realize that the process could've been more complicated if we didn't have him and his years of expertise in the real estate industry. If you want someone who will sell you a house I suggest you look for other agents but if you want someone to find your HOME Jerome Dorsey is it. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Alex is by far the best and most efficient realtor you could possibly have. He will walk you gently through the process and help get your property listed. He really cares about making sure everything is done right to put your house to sell. He is excellent at researching available homes to buyer specifications. He is patient and realistic. We never met Alex before listing our property with him but he came highly reccomend ed and Devine intervention leadus to the best realtor.
