It was a delight working with Alex Ley recently as he sold my condo in Sarasota. I found Alex to be highly responsive and after every showing I would receive a call with feedback on the showing. This was very much unlike my previous agent. Alex highly marketed my place and he sold in in a matter of weeks. He negotiated well and I received very close to my asking price. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who is really interested in selling their house.

From the moment I was in contact with Virginia, she was extremely helpful. She gave me contact info for any other service I needed to help me along my process of purchasing our home. Her knowledge of the market is excellent. I have bought in sold in two states and through many realtors that I have used, she was by far the best and most personable. Even though the selling realtor was very difficult, Virginia stayed on the situation till it was resolved and even after. Which was above and beyond her requirements as a realtor.
