Doug showed us a number of homes and Villas at Palm Aire. He was very responsive in setting up showings and helping us through the process of buying our Villa. After the sale, he checked in with us often to see how things were going with our new place. He knew the area well as his parents had lived there. When I called in to her office, I received a general voice message. I left my message as to my interest in a property in Bradenton. The message advised that I should hear back from the listing agent within a certain amount of time, otherwise another agent would contact me. However, I did not receive a call from the listing agent and I believe within an hour or so I received a call back from Dee. She was prompt and courteous, showed me the property and I purchased it. She was extremely helpful with the entire purhasing process and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a condo/home/rental that appreciates working with kind and courteous and prompt sales personnel.
