As a first-time seller, this dedication to her field and personal concern for her client was a tremendous comfort to me. Truthfully, this process of selling my home would have been a nightmare for me as a senior citizen and first-time seller, if it wasn't for Dee. She treated me like family. She was a blessing!!!

From the moment she came in to give us her assessment of the home, quoted what we should list for and what she thought the challenges would be, she was spot on. She had the house beautifully staged by having us clear out some of the clutter and had the photographer capture the true essence of the home. We had two Open houses, which went well and was very communicative when others wanted to see the home. She listened to our concerns and gave constructive feedback. The sale went smoothly because she is experienced in what she goes and ensured things were in place for an accurate closing. I highly recommend Dee to anyone selling in the area.
