Clark sold two properties for me and his professional, patient, active efforts resulted in great deals on both. He has great insight into the current market conditions and all the pitfalls involved in selling properties. His specific information and input allowed me to make confident decisions. My sales were complicated due to selling assets held in a retirement account, but Clark was familiar with the system and very patient. He made the deals happen and kept everyone in the loop. Overall he gets an A+ for everything.

He had been very patient and helpful while I was debating as to what kind of house I was going to pick. He kept in touch and didn't push me into anything during the 8 month search.

Jan was such a help for me when selling my Condo in Venice, Florida. Due to family emergencies that I had to cope with, I was not able to be present for preparation, listing and sale. Jan used all her available resources to coordinate this big effort in little time and led the way for a seamless sale and transfer. Happy seller, happy buyer. Everybody wins. Thanks Jan Gary K

I would like to thank my realtor Jan Hlywa for a great experience on my purchase of a new home in Venice Florida. In 3 days Jan showed me several homes in different neighborhoods and locations. After reviewing , we focused on the neighborhood that I found was best for me. Jan and I worked together to make it happen. I highly recommend Jan for your real estate needs in Florida.

Jan went above and beyond in a very difficult situation. Being out-of-state, we needed someone with "boots on the ground". Jan was there for us and expertly guided us through our transaction. Look no further for your Florida real estate needs!

Sally was recommended by friends -- and she delivered for us in a huge way! When we first met, she asked us numerous questions about our house requirements and budget range, elegantly challenged us when appropriate, regularly sent emails re: available houses that she felt could meet our needs, and showed us over 20 homes in total in the greater Venice area. We eventually purchased a beautiful house in the VGCC that we are ecstatic about. Throughout the entire process, Sally was extremely responsive and demonstrated keen knowledge of the local market. She is also a pleasure to work with and a person of high integrity who always had our backs, including post-transaction. We’d highly recommend Sally. Don + Mary Ellen Urbanowicz.

Sally removed any stress that I had while going through the process of selling a home in Florida while I resided in Connecticut. Sally constantly provided me updates and feedback to assure that everything was in order. She met with various vendors to perform minor repairs of the home and even made some minor repairs herself after some damaged was done by a hurricane Sally kept our home spotless and provided some personal touches that help show our home beautifully. Sally always worked hard and remained persistent and dedicated even when things were moving slowly.
