Jennifer is on top of her game and lead us down a path with many twists and turns. We were out of state buyers and the owner of the property was an out of state seller which complicated the communications and the logistics. Jennifer acted as the agent on both sides of this Real Estate sale and produced the ideal outcome for both parties. We highly recommend working with Jennifer for any of your real estate needs. Words can never do justice to our exceptional experience with Angela as our realtor. She never missed a beat from Day 1. When she first came to the house we were still unsure of a go to market date, but knew as seniors, we had to move in with our daughter in another state. After meeting with Angela within 30 minutes, we knew we needed her services. We felt like we’d known her forever and were certain she’d have our best interests in mind. We made the decision then and there to put the house on the market immediately. Since it had been 30 years since we’d done this, she walked us through every step of the way. Her calls and texts were comforting and such a relief to us at our age. She and Kevin and Lilly became family to us. We can never thank them enough. They even took inside our pool furniture when we were out of town during the most recent hurricane. Angela truly thinks of every little detail. We are convinced we couldn’t have gone through this very hectic, emotional and physical process without her. Moving to a new area is difficult because you don't know who you can trust. We toured 20 houses with 20 different agents and Angela was the best. The amount of information she provided about the house we bought was above and beyond what we found at the other open houses. She provided age and condition of all important appliances, AC, pool equipment etc. When we saw how she operates we agreed to have her as a dual agent. We were skeptical of this because we had never done this before. It turned out to be the best decision. She truly worked as an impartial agent with us the buyer and seller. Through this process its hard to know who you can trust. I made many calls to home inspectors, appraisers, insurance companies, lawyers, mortgage companies, pool service, pest control...etc. Angela is so professional that she has hand picked every type of vendor/service you will need to get the house closed. You can trust Angela and the people she recommends. Save yourself the time and headache and just use her people! Angela was on top of the whole closing process. We had a deadline because our rental lease was up. Her knowledge of real estate benefited us greatly by being able to close in less than a month after the seller accepted our offer. The actual closing went so smoothly because she had all our ducks in a row. There were no problems at all at closing and my lawyer even complimented her on having all paperwork in order. Angela is such a hard worker. She pulled weeds and washed windows and made sure our new home was clean and ready to move in. After closing she gave our kids presents for their new pool. Angela made our buying process as easy as possible. I highly recommend using her to buy or sell your home. Make things easy on yourself and use her people, they can be trusted.

Knowing that Jennifer was a champion sales person in our Sarasota National neighborhood, we retained her in early March 2023 to market our home. She was indeed professional and brought market numbers to our first meeting to explain how she would price our home. Thorough! We did admit to her we had a reservation since she already had about 14 listings on her plate. She explained she was a "Type A" personality and could do it. Soon after we listed, her number of listings soared to over 20, and we were concerned about how much time she could devote. Yet, she always got back to us with our questions and ideas. We lowered the price a couple of times and went "pending" in early May. Good qualified buyers. Resolved a couple of hiccups and closed in late June. In retrospect, the price we received was very much in the market.

Faith is a knowledgeable, very responsive realtor. She lives in Island Walk, and knows the development from the inside out. She did a wonderful job analyzing the market, negotiating and securing a really exceptional property for us in Island Walk. Probably would not have happened without her. AND - she's been there ever since to help us with moving, furnishing, vendors, etc. Faith is an 11/10 ... maybe 12!
