We recently had the pleasure of working with Karen on the purchase of our new home.  Karen was extremely responsive, understanding, and flexible.  We relocated from out of state and initially had one weekend planned to look at houses.  As luck would have it, our flight was delayed with the possibility of being cancelled.  Karen was ready and happy to rearrange the showing schedule for the next morning, though fortunately that wasn't necessary.  Midway through our scheduled showings, we found out that our top runner had multiple offers with one expected to be accepted that afternoon.  Thanks to Karen's expertise and guidance, we were able to finish our showings to ensure we were making the right decision and ultimately make an offer on the top runner, which was accepted over the other offers! In 4 words "he is the best". I reached out to Joe almost a year before we actually put our house on sale. He gave his assessment and advice knowing that we were building a new home and would not be ready to hire a realtor for at least a year. He kept in touch with us every 3 months or so for updates on our progress. He is very calm, very confident and a good judge of the property he is selling. He is also a good forecaster. When the market was sliding mid 2022 he told us not to worry about a collapse in housing values as inventory was tight and would remain so unlike in the housing collapse a decade earlier when there was a glut. Working with him, there is no drama just the facts laid out for you and choices to be made. He lets you be the decider. He has a great teammate in Debbie, she dealt with day to day communications and facilitated a very smooth progression to closing. If I have to buy or sell again, I would contact Joe without hesitation.
