When first exploring the sale of our Bayshore property, we contacted multiple realtors. Barbara immediately impressed us with the seriousness with which she took our initial inquiry. I interviewed 3 agents before I put my house on the market. I am a former real estate broker but have been out of the business for a while and decided to utilize an experience d professional. The 1st agent was very sharp and knew a lot about my particular subdivision more than any of the other agents I interviewed. However she was very aggressive and I had just taken a job in Orlando and was commuting back-and-forth. I knew she would sell the house and sell it fast but for what she wanted the price to be. She was also insistent about putting in a new driveway which I was not prepared to do. I had already put a lot of upgrades into the home. The 2nd real estate agent that I interviewed was younger and had very little experieshe was extremely laid back too much for my taste. Then Monique came to see me with her presentation. I t was late in the evening and I asked her to have a glass of wine with me, of course being the professional she is she would decline but I insisted. So she did her presentation over a glass of rose and I knew she was the agent for me! Selling a house and taking a job in another city at the same time is very stressful. I remember being very grumpy with her after what seemed hundreds of people traipsing through my house. She never lost her composure and said I come in peace. Later of course I would apologize to her. She referred great ancillary workers to me so I could leave the house in good condition for the buyer. In the end, within 2 days, Monique brought me 3 offers. 2 were Unacceptable but then that 3rd perfect Buyer came through and is to this day enjoying my house. Monique answered all of my questions in a timely manner and worked furvishly to make sure that I received the offer I was looking for. I would highly recommend her.
