In 4 words "he is the best". I reached out to Joe almost a year before we actually put our house on sale. He gave his assessment and advice knowing that we were building a new home and would not be ready to hire a realtor for at least a year. He kept in touch with us every 3 months or so for updates on our progress. He is very calm, very confident and a good judge of the property he is selling. He is also a good forecaster. When the market was sliding mid 2022 he told us not to worry about a collapse in housing values as inventory was tight and would remain so unlike in the housing collapse a decade earlier when there was a glut. Working with him, there is no drama just the facts laid out for you and choices to be made. He lets you be the decider. He has a great teammate in Debbie, she dealt with day to day communications and facilitated a very smooth progression to closing. If I have to buy or sell again, I would contact Joe without hesitation.
