We were looking for a vacation condo in the area. I saw the listing online and since we were not working with a Buyer's Agent I called the Listing Agent (Teri Pecoroni) directly. Teri quickly provided all the condo documents I requested and additional details on the property. Since we were out of state, she arranged for a virtual tour of the property the next day which was very helpful. Teri also put me in touch with the Property Manager so I was able to get specific answers to the condo association policies. I gave Teri the specifics of my purchase offer which she presented to the seller. We had a signed contract within a few hours of the original offer, performed a home inspection a few days later, and closed two weeks after that. Throughout the entire process, Teri was professional (and friendly!) and kept in touch via phone, text, and email to insure nothing fell through the cracks. Teri's knowledge of the local area and her contacts in various trades and services would be helpful to anyone buying a property here. I would highly recommend Teri to anyone interested in buying or selling a property in the area.
