Monique is an excellent realtor! This is the second time she helps me with the purchase of a home! I found Monique on Google in 2018 I told her I wanted to buy a townhouse and in 2020 when I was ready I purchased it. The great thing about Monique is that she does not put pressure on one to purchase right away. She is not about making money is about her clients being ready to buy a home first. My partner and I reached out to her in July of 2022 and in January 2023 we closed on our first house together . She was always available for us to answer any question. She is a great professional. She listens and is very soft spoken, which help with trusting her and reaching out to her for advice on what is best when buying a home. We will reached out to her again for future purchases. Peter reviewed the condition of the house and we established what should be done to meet expectations of the market. He photographed the house and property pointing out the assets and amenities including the golf course within the community. He worked with the local CB realtor to find prospective buyers which proved to be beneficial as it generated the ultimate buyer. Peter handled all the paperwork coordinating efforts with the title company. Overall the process took just over a month which was great.

There were some challenges with us living in California and selling a home in Tampa but Joe and his team handled every little detail with care and efficiency. Lori helped me find my first home recently, and she was beyond helpful.
