I just went through my second experience as a home buyer. My first experience was a nightmare - that agent was terrible. This time, purchasing a second home was lengthy, but much easier with Terry's help. It took me more than 18 mos to finally purchase a new home. Had it not been for Terry, I'd have given up - or made another horrendous home purchase as I did the first time. Terry is EXTREMLY knowledgeable about the real estate market, but moreover, she knows homes. She has extensive knowledge of building and remodeling which gives her incredible insight to what to look for - right or wrong - in each home she takes a buyer. I had complete faith in Terry - knowing that she wouldn't let me buy something that wasn't exactly right for me. She knew my criteria and my limitations and she stuck to them. There were times I felt hopeless, but she was always there to let me know the right house would be there. She is honest and she KNOWS what she's doing - especially when it comes to building and the quality (or lack thereof) of workmanship in a house. If there was something she didn't know, she found out. She did incredible research on each house we saw - so we went in knowing everything we could ahead of time. She also has a great sixth sense about what's likely and what's not. I can't thank or recommend Terry enough for getting me through this long, LONG process. Always responsive and wanting the best for me. That's pretty difficult to find in any one - especially in the today's competitive real estate environment. Terry always had my back as her client - and I knew that. Thank you, Terry!
