Kim absolutely knows the area. Kim grew up in the area, her dad lives down the street and she sold another neighbors home two doors away. She was the first person I thought of to be my realtor. I had to sell the house because of a divorce. Kim not only found a cash buyer, she managed my ex-wife who was living in the home at the time. Two amazing accomplishments. From the time she listed the house to its sale and closing was less that 90 days. I managed to walk away with enough capital to buy a condo in the area. As you might guess Kim was my realtor again. I live in Jacksonville....I owned a rental unit in Zephyrhills that I wanted to sell...the distance from me made it difficult to manage. Pamela sold it for me in a very short time. She was amazing....maybe even AWESOME !!! She made it as problem free as possible. She took over !!! The house needed significant refreshing. She helped with getting people to do the work...she got involved with selecting materials, paint colors, etc. She even got someone to mow and kept it looking good. She handled the project in a very professional, expeditious manner..keeping me informed all the time. Today I received the funds. She sold it at a price I never dreamed I would get. I didn't even have to go there for closing or anything. No question....she was absolutely AWESOME !!!
