Michael is an incredible agent! My family and I started looking for a house and within a couple weeks Michael found us the perfect house for us! He listened intently on what exactly we were looking for and helped us find it immediately. Michael made the process of buying this house seamless. As soon as our contract was accepted, he was ready to go, and was there for all of our inspections and appraisals; Got the sellers to fix some major repairs; and was even there at the closing table with us! Michael is the best agent I've worked with and would recommend him to Anyone!

I met Chuck at an open house and he took time to get to know what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing the open house property and he took me through the process step by step. Chuck made sure I understood what I was agreeing to. He was very communicative and responded quickly when I needed to reach him? Since I am an out of town buyer, this was ver important. And Chuck has offered to meet repair people, etc at the property if needed before I move to St. Pete Beach. I would definitely recommend Chuck to be your realtor.

Michael was an amazing realtor. Not only was he professional and responded to my emails, calls and texts within minutes, he also sold my house in about a week and for a great profit. Before deciding to work with him, I had contacted other realtors who either took days to respond or didn’t seem as knowledgeable about the market as he did. I would highly recommend working with Michael. Even though it has been over a year since the sale of the house, he still calls to see how I am doing. Whether you’re buying or selling a house, you will not be disappointed!

This is the second time that we have used EVA ALDRICH in two years. In 2015 she helped us find and purchase our first home in Clearwater Florida. And now in 2016 she helped us list and sell our property in Seminole Florida. I consider her an exceptional and professional realtor who goes above and beyond the scope of her work. Always courteous and informative always maintaining a good line of communication between realtor and customer.there was also at one point in order to help move the property and give it curbside appeal she went to the property and with her husband moved over 120 cinderblocks to the backyard when I was not able to do it due to my job workload during the week and weekend. For me that is above and beyond realtor duties. For me she is the realtor of choice if I ever have to buy or sell a property in the area.

David worked with our Family with purchasing a house and later helping us sell another house. He definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. The main reason that all David's reviews are 5 star, is that he treats you like his one and only client. Our family purchased a short sale home, he made sure we had top inspectors. With majority of short sales it is very difficult process. He kept us informed with all the negotiating and paper work that was needed to complete the sale. We also sold a home just recently with David Schmidt. Within 5 days of putting the house up for sale he had 5 contracts for us to look over. He explained every contract thoroughly which gave us the knowledge to sign the contact with our best interest. Thanks to David's Knowledge and dedication we sold the house at Top Dollar within two weeks David always answered our email and calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time; it’s the accuracy of his response and the knowledge he has that really makes the whole home buying and selling process smooth.

David was very helpful and patient with us throughout the negotiation process. We are very happy with our home and the whole process went very smooth in spite of numerous issues which came up during negotiations with the seller.
