This is the second time that we have used EVA ALDRICH in two years. In 2015 she helped us find and purchase our first home in Clearwater Florida. And now in 2016 she helped us list and sell our property in Seminole Florida. I consider her an exceptional and professional realtor who goes above and beyond the scope of her work. Always courteous and informative always maintaining a good line of communication between realtor and customer.there was also at one point in order to help move the property and give it curbside appeal she went to the property and with her husband moved over 120 cinderblocks to the backyard when I was not able to do it due to my job workload during the week and weekend. For me that is above and beyond realtor duties. For me she is the realtor of choice if I ever have to buy or sell a property in the area.

David worked with our Family with purchasing a house and later helping us sell another house. He definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. The main reason that all David's reviews are 5 star, is that he treats you like his one and only client. Our family purchased a short sale home, he made sure we had top inspectors. With majority of short sales it is very difficult process. He kept us informed with all the negotiating and paper work that was needed to complete the sale. We also sold a home just recently with David Schmidt. Within 5 days of putting the house up for sale he had 5 contracts for us to look over. He explained every contract thoroughly which gave us the knowledge to sign the contact with our best interest. Thanks to David's Knowledge and dedication we sold the house at Top Dollar within two weeks David always answered our email and calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time; it’s the accuracy of his response and the knowledge he has that really makes the whole home buying and selling process smooth.

Kim absolutely knows the area. Kim grew up in the area, her dad lives down the street and she sold another neighbors home two doors away. She was the first person I thought of to be my realtor. I had to sell the house because of a divorce. Kim not only found a cash buyer, she managed my ex-wife who was living in the home at the time. Two amazing accomplishments. From the time she listed the house to its sale and closing was less that 90 days. I managed to walk away with enough capital to buy a condo in the area. As you might guess Kim was my realtor again. She's a total real estate professional who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area.
