I had begun with a six month time frame to sell my condo, to fit in with my plans to retire and move to another area. I started with a different real estate company, but, after over four months of few showings, I realized they were not the right agency for me. I recalled that Kim had represented the seller of another unit in my complex, so called her on a Saturday. She was at my place within half an hour! She listened to me carefully, and looked everything over, and asked questions - all before I had signed anything. She came back a few days later when I did sign, and she helped me orchestrate professional photos to post on the internet, and guided me through the paperwork, helping me with whatever wasn't clear to me. She inherited a poor situation, as I was now running out of time and was very nervous. She always listened to me and offered advice as she deemed fit, then respected my wishes as to how I wished to proceed. Whereas the first agency had utilized a "you do it yourself" attitude towards arranging showings, Kim was the opposite - she did EVERYTHING! She is truly a full-service realtor. She arranged showings, then was present to act as my representative to answer questions and concerns of prospective buyers and their realtor. She even swept the outside stairs prior to one showing! She couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. She constantly reassured me as the process moved forward. With delight, I finally accepted an offer and we proceeded to the successful closing - with perfect timing for my move. I cannot say enough good things about Kim - she always responded to my communications in a timely manner, with friendly yet professional attitude. I highly recommend her!

Kim absolutely knows the area. Kim grew up in the area, her dad lives down the street and she sold another neighbors home two doors away. She was the first person I thought of to be my realtor. I had to sell the house because of a divorce. Kim not only found a cash buyer, she managed my ex-wife who was living in the home at the time. Two amazing accomplishments. From the time she listed the house to its sale and closing was less that 90 days. I managed to walk away with enough capital to buy a condo in the area. As you might guess Kim was my realtor again. She's a total real estate professional who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area.
