Terri is wonderful to work with. She knows the local market and will work hard to find you your dream home. Terri found a winter rental property for one of my aunts who has now returned the last 3 years. She has told me time and time again how much she loves the condo complex and how she has made better friends here than at home! Terri also helped my other aunt find a permanent home when my uncle was transferred to St. Pete. They chose new construction and when it was time to sign the contract the builder tried to increase the price. Terri caught the price change and had the builder honor the original price saving my aunt $10,000's of dollars!
