She amazes me! She was super responsive to our every need and question. She was on top of every situation immediately. We felt SO lucky to have her out there working for us what seemed like 24/7. I have and will continue to recommend her to all I know with realtor needs. As corny as it sounds, Treasure Devening-Glenn is the best treasure ever! She sold my condo and then found us the perfect home to buy.

What a powerful dynamic Real Estate Professional duo! I have been working with them past 3 years. Also at this very moment they are closing for us two deals on the houses they founded, and those houses were just the kind we requested to look for. And now we decided to sell our current house with their experience and contacts, and it’s been so easy and carefree to have trustworthy realtors around. I’ll give five stars in every single category there is, because they sure deserve them!

Babette sold our house in a few days at almost full price! She had confidence in us and did not try to push changes that were out of our budget. She truly looks out for all of her clients!

Bob was great to work with from beginning to end....we spent nearly a year looking for our winter home, and Bob was patient, taking us to every neighborhood from Tierra Verde to Bellaire, and showing us countless examples of homes in our price range. Once we finally found what we wanted, Bob was on the spot during every phase of negotiation, inspection, and closing.

It was a pleasure working with Bob. He accommodated both our schedules and needs and he made the process simple and easy. He is an efficient person who takes the time to listen to his clients. He is very responsive and that facilitates the communication process. If we ever need a realtor again, we'll make sure to contact Bob.

Babette helped us purchase a brand new home. Her knowledge of building a home was so reassuring - she is very experienced with new home construction. We had put a contract on another home finding out there was a hidden issue. She had put a clause in the Contract that protected us - when the issue was discovered, we were able to cancel and get our deposit back. I'm confident we made the right choice choosing Babette as our Relator. I am so pleased with the outcome and we love our new home. Thank you, Babette!

Jeff was every professional but I also felt that he personally cared about the sale of my home. He kept me informed thru the whole process and answered every question I had. I would recommend him not matter if you are selling or buying a home.

Greg assisted us in purchasing a townhome and did an exceptional job. His expertise is extensive and he negotiates well. We would recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. He provides superb realty services and is always a phone call or text away.

Very professional, knows what he's selling and knows the market better than all the real estate people I have ever used and I sold 5 houses. I interviewed 4 real estate agents after I had my house on the market for a year, Greg stood out by far and it was the best agent I could have selected. Sold and closed on my house in 3 months.
