Absolutely awesome! We lived in Michigan an relied on Jennifer to be our eyes and “boots on the ground” and she far exceeded our expectations! Very hard worker that is relentless in pursuing just the “right” home for her buyer!! Also is very great on following up!! Bob & Suzie

Jennifer is amazing! She was so patient with us when it took us 2 years to finally buy a home she was great the entire time. We get confident that she was only showing us homes that met our needs and she looked out for us the whole time.

She handled many things for me that were my responsibility but I had no way of taking care of them. She was always available for my questions. I have already recommended her to others.

Bob was patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Bob's knowledge of the Tampa area, housing and the buying process made the shopping and buying process much more comfortable for me. I haven't bought a house for many years and his fast response to my many calls made the process easier for me. I am recommending him to my family and friends.

We have used Diane for several sales and purchases and she has always come through. Diane goes out of her way to make sure you get everything you expect and she is always there for you when you need her, no matter the issue or request. She has become a good friend over the years and she is professional and a lot of fun. We have recommended her to friends and she has done the same for them as she has for us. We could not be more pleased with her. You will not be sorry to have Diane as your agent.

Linda was the perfect choice for our first time home buying experience! She made the entire process from start to finish smooth and easy! Not only was she able to find us a home in the PERFECT location, but she was AMAZING with the negotiations with the seller! I heard of her though recommendations from coworkers who she has also helped to purchase their first homes and she did not disappoint! Highly Recommend!

Could not have found a better home at a better price based on what we were looking for. Good neighborhood, good schools, good floorplan with all the updates... on a cul-de-sac, spacious yard, near water, playgrounds, a dog trail... Unreal. Can't wait to raise a family here. Thanks Linda. 5 stars.

If you want a honorable intelligent get it done guy who is ethical in all his dealings and who walks you through step by step in the home buying process this is your man. Bob is tremendous in what he does. Thanks Bob for all your help. A very happy homeowner!!!

I worked with Linda for 2-3 years as it took that long to decide on which retirement community/condo and for the sale of our home. She is a great communicator and very patient. She video'd with us so that we could "see" the prospective condos. I would highly recommend her!

Just a little note to thank Chuck Anderson for the most professional and caring service you provided my husband and I in listing and selling our home on St. Pete Beach. So many times, with our busy lives, we forget to thank and give credit due a person. I’ve been active in Real Estate in New York for over 40 years, with the last 18 as Owner and Broker of my own business. I have never in that time dealt with a more caring and professional agent. I thank you again and if you ever need a reference I would be pleased to give you one.

Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find a home to renovate and resell. We looked at a number of properties before finding one to purchase. Stephens analytical ability assessing the profit potential of the property was invaluable. I will definitely be using Stephen to sell this home when finished renovating it and to help me find another home to renovate.
