Barbara has an established practice that is infinitely resourceful. It's what I think is necessary in a real estate agent as it makes it likely to sell a home quickly and at the price a seller is looking for. Our home was on the market for only 3 days when we signed a contract. From that point, Barbara had our best interests in mind while dealing with the buyers' agent who was not cooperative. She made sure things were completed on time and got tough when she needed to.
