Chuck is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, and I have worked with plenty! I am from Philadelphia, Pa. and he put his time and effort into finding me the type of house I wanted! He is very good on all the small details. When you have a question, he gets back to you quickly!

Angel Hill is an AMAZING Real Estate Agent to work with. She was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable with asking her any questions that I had during the home buying process. She was always prompt in responding to my phone calls, texts and emails, typically responding within a matter of minutes. I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind during the negotiation process as she "went to bat" on my behalf a couple of times with agents of potential homes. Thanks to Angel and her OUTSTANDING negotiation skills, I was able to outbid a NUMBER of potential buyers (about 15) to obtain my DREAM HOME!! I am soooo very thankful to have found such a wonderful agent and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jennifer sold our house in three days and helped us find another one in about 2 weeks. She was also able to work out o deal where we could close on our house and stay in it for another week while we waited to close on our new house. I would hire her again and recommend her, as well!

John Turley

Best I have ever dealt with; honest, straightforward, efficient and very hard working. If I ever want to buy or sell a house I would definitely use her.

Babette was a great person to work with while buying my new home. I had no experience with the short sale process, and she guided me through it with ease. I felt very comfortable relying on her advice and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the market for an agent to help them buy or sell a home.

She is very familiar with the Tampa Bay area and she really paid special attention to my wish list. She is an excellent Realtor/Buyer's Agent, she absolutely knows her stuff!

Great Negotioation skills and responsiveness The house had many issues and she was able to get those issues fixed by the sellar and close the deal. Most agents would have given up by she got the deal done .

My Fiance and I found Angel randomly while searching for our first home and we couldn't have been more blessed. She by far made this experience wonderful. She was always there when we need her and worked above and beyond our expectations. If we called her or texted her she always answered very quickly and always had our best intention in mind. I couldn't be happier with our choice in having her as our realtor. We will always use Angel whether it comes to trying to sell our home or looking for a future home. We definitely will recommend her to anyone we know who is in the market for a new home.

Raymonda is top of the tier in this industry. She has won the most prestigious awards in Coldwell Banker and rightly so. She has not only sold us our home in the past, she is currently selling our home, making this the 3rd time she has sold this particular home. She is super quick to respond (if she doesn't pick up the phone). She is professional, intelligent, well spoken, and driven. Her success proves she is successful for the client. I highly recommend her in the Tampa Bay area. If only she could duplicate herself!
