We sold and purchased a residence with Denise's help. We have know Denise for over 20 years. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our questions were answered immediatly and communication methods were open. She was very patient with us as well as with less experienced agents that were involved in our transactions. All of our appointments (buying AND selling) were set up at our convenience and with at least 24 hours notice. Our house was listed for over a year and shown at least 40 times. During our initial visit with Denise she had estimated what we would get for our house and she was exactly right. That was impressive considering the market at the time. Once we sold and purchased, Denise kept track of our time line and "to do" lists which was very helpful since we had lived in the same house for over 24 years and had no idea what was involved in the closings and moves.
