Erin Humphrey proved to be an excellent Real Estate Agent. I owned a small plot of land rather than an expensive home. Even thought the property was low in regard to asking price Erin did a tremendous job, was very professional, and was able to sell the property. John helped me complete a short sale on my house in Florida. We needed to go through the long process 3 times as the first 2 buyers walked due to personal reasons near the end of the process, but John was able to continue to line up new buyers and get the process going again and again. He was also very helpful in arranging all details regarding fixing up the property as I was no longer living in Florida. John was able to help me overcome very difficult market conditions and ultimately sell a property that was causing me a lot of stress.

We sold and purchased a residence with Denise's help. We have know Denise for over 20 years. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our questions were answered immediatly and communication methods were open. She was very patient with us as well as with less experienced agents that were involved in our transactions. All of our appointments (buying AND selling) were set up at our convenience and with at least 24 hours notice. Our house was listed for over a year and shown at least 40 times. During our initial visit with Denise she had estimated what we would get for our house and she was exactly right. That was impressive considering the market at the time. Once we sold and purchased, Denise kept track of our time line and "to do" lists which was very helpful since we had lived in the same house for over 24 years and had no idea what was involved in the closings and moves. I would recommend Denise for anyone who needs a caring, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable agent.
