Four and a half years later, the owner of the condo we moved to and were renting passed away tragically and unexpectedly and we faced having to move within a few months. Heloise worked with the estate and us to determine a fair price, and because of some unusual nuances, helped us find a lender who could originate a mortgage on the property.
