She had already printed information that was specific to my sale for our first meeting. Others that I interviewed had a far more “generic” presentation. Heloise, painlessly, walked me through every aspect of my sale, from online document signing to closing. She informed me of every showing and their feedback. Heloise sent me a timeline as to what to expect for the closing process. She treated my property as if it was her own, following all COVID protocols and precautions. She was always available to answer my questions, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Heloise has a wonderful personality and will be considered a friend forever!
