Alan was patient, helpful, flexible and professional throughout our process. We had multiple challenges and he did not blink an eye and never stopped fighting for us to find the right home. We would contact Alan on a Friday night requesting to see a home the next morning....and he would not only set up the one requested, but bring us to 3-4 maybe 5 more he thought we may like. Pressure sales tactics are not necessary because Alan's success speaks for itself. Alan works hard on getting a property sold and does not disappear once getting a listing. We are repeat clients, this is the 3rd property Alan has helped us sell. He knows our bottom line and never settles for that amount. Alan is very experienced in knowing what a property should go for based on the property itself and its location and he strives to maintain that value.
