My only problem with Brenda was she sold my condo too fast. my new condo wasn't ready I was thinking it would take a month or two to sell it they sold it within a week :-)

On the first showing of my house, there were four offers presented. Because of the professional manner in which he informed the other of multiple offers, one person upped their offer and give me adequate time to pack and find another place to move. Where to start...Heloise became more than just a real estate agent, she became, hopefully, a life-long friend! She went above and beyond our expectations and previous experiences with other real estate agents and their service. She does her homework regarding your property and surrounding area regarding value and salability. She asks what you want or expect from your property sale and then strives to help you make it happen. Heloise, puts on her work clothes and says "I'm here to help. What can I do?" She knows the professionals to call who can help organize, downsize, clean, wash windows, whatever you need done to make your job easier. She worked with us to make decisions on what projects to do to get top dollar for our home, and she worked tirelessly with us in staging for the photo shoot. And speaking of photo shoot, she hires only the best! The aerial photography, photos of the house, the Mattetport 3D Virtual Tour, all these things made viewing our home via the internet a great selling asset, and outshined all other RE listing photos of homes for sale in our neighborhood. We were looking for a 2bdrm/2bth condo for retirement in 5 years. No rush to buy. She took all our preferences and she was so informative about condos. We would come down from NY 2-3 times a year and she would put together at least a dozen places for us to look at each time we came. If We saw something Online that we liked While we were in NY she would go and video a walk thru for us and email it to us when We couldn’t get down to Florida. She always had our best interests in mind. I can’t say enough about her work ethics which are so professional and experienced in her field. She had answers for all our questions asked n if she didn’t she found out the answer n let us know. after 2 years of searching she stuck with us and we finally found our dream condo. We love everything about our new home. She gave us great advice all along the way. Then our closing was all done online electronically which was great. She kept us up to date on all papers we needed to sign. We didn’t miss a deadline. I can say we now have a friend in Heloise when we come down. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a condo or a house. She does it all.
