As a first time home buyer she was able point out certain things that I may not have noticed and always made sure that I understood every step of the process so as not to miss important deadlines. There are so many good things to say about Megan that it's hard to know where to begin. The first thing to know is that she successfully found buyers for our home in a VERY short time. She was wonderfully personable and a great communicator who responded immediately to all phone, email and/or text messages. She was also impressively organized and extremely pro-active. She took lovely photos of each room in our house, the yard, and the neighborhood beach and had them up on the Zilliow site the same evening we moved out to depart for our location in another state. Within a few days, she also arranged for professional staging and photography; replacing the original photos with the new ones. She met on our behalf with a consignment furniture retailer. Most important of all, when faced with a variety of unexpected pre-closing challenges, she dug in deeper, and working relentlessly to make sure our closing went through as planned. (All with a remarkably positive attitude I might add!) She raised the bar for our idea of an exceptional realtor!

From start to finish, Megan guided and advised us in every aspect of selling our house. She advised us on making the house presentable to buyers and provided our current market analysis. She was always upfront and honest with us. Once the house was on the market, we were always notified when there would be showings. Once we received an acceptable offer, and due to our jobs forcing us to work from our new location, Megan played an integral part in making sure she was at the house for inspections and intervening in requests on our behalf.

From the start of our selling experience to the end Megan was very professional. In the beginning she advised us well on what we needed to do and how to get started. She later shared her knowledge and skills by the market analysis she did on our area and home. She positioned us to make the goal we wanted and we did it in a short time. My only problem with Brenda was she sold my condo too fast. my new condo wasn't ready I was thinking it would take a month or two to sell it they sold it within a week :-)

Where to start...Heloise became more than just a real estate agent, she became, hopefully, a life-long friend! She went above and beyond our expectations and previous experiences with other real estate agents and their service. She does her homework regarding your property and surrounding area regarding value and salability. She asks what you want or expect from your property sale and then strives to help you make it happen. Heloise, puts on her work clothes and says "I'm here to help. What can I do?" She knows the professionals to call who can help organize, downsize, clean, wash windows, whatever you need done to make your job easier. She worked with us to make decisions on what projects to do to get top dollar for our home, and she worked tirelessly with us in staging for the photo shoot. And speaking of photo shoot, she hires only the best! The aerial photography, photos of the house, the Mattetport 3D Virtual Tour, all these things made viewing our home via the internet a great selling asset, and outshined all other RE listing photos of homes for sale in our neighborhood.
